This book is basic training in microscope use and pathogen identification for those aviculturists and herpetologists with the desire to take control of the potential health problems in their collections. It also aims to improve their management procedures and support in responsible medication practices by using a more scientific and educated approach. This title is also recommended as a useful reference for all veterinarians and veterinary students and is the ideal companion to Dr Mike Cannon’s A Guide to Basic Health and Disease in Birds.
